Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had rooms that don't really fit 2 people comfortably and had an odd odor post vacuuming, but they were clean despite being really small. The service to the train station was nice and accommodating with a friendly staff. The location was good, near the subway station, but more suitable for single travelers. The dining experience, although not a buffet, was delicious. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is quite small and compact, not really fit for 2 people comfortably. Despite being tiny, it was a convenient stay for all Japanese business hotels. The service was nice and helpful, with a friendly and accommodating hotel staff. The location is great and convenient for eating and shopping, particularly important after a long train ride or flight. The dining of the size of the room was delicious, offering tasty snacks. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel had a convenient location near the Nakasu-Kawabata station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were small, but cozy, and the service from the subway staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dining options were limited, and the facilities were not very modern.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The room, though a bit small and compact, was clean and provided a cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience very pleasant. The location is convenient, just a short distance from the airport line and perfect for exploring the shopping and dining hub nearby. However, the room did have a faint smell of smoke despite my request for a non-smoking room, which was a bit disappointing.
While the hotel's location was lovely and the staff were friendly, my stay had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit snug and had a lingering smell of smoke despite my non-smoking room request. Additionally, the noise level was noticeable, even for a Japanese business hotel.
